The Internet offers other opportunities and expands our search for buyers beyond the area. As members of several Ohio Multiple Listing Services we can enter properties on these services that are available only to Realtors®. We can also list properties on two national multiple listing sites reaching buyers across the country. |

Another important source of buyers is those who aren’t actively looking for a business yet have the resources to purchase yours. In many instances, these are individuals in your city who we will approach while protecting your identity. We direct mail and call these high income/high asset persons. George also maintains a mailing list of over 1,100 Ohio self storage operations as well a dozens of active self storage buyers and sellers. If you list a self storage facility with him he will mail your offering to all of his Ohio self storage operator and buyer contacts.
