We understand that many sellers would prefer to sell their own property to save a commission—it’s a natural and reasonable desire. We can help at no cost by providing you with resources for advertising (both web and print) and refer you to professionals you will need in a for sale by owner transaction. At the minimum, you will need an M.A.I. appraiser, an experienced real estate attorney and an engineering firm to conduct the Phase I study required by most lenders. We can also identify commercial real estate lenders for you. Naturally, we would like market your property and we have several levels of service ranging from fee only to prepare marketing materials to fixed fee to enter your property into various multiple listing services to full marketing support on a commission basis.
